Shipping policy

Shipping rates will vary depending on the product. All shipping rates are a flat rate starting at $10, with the final rate depending on the size of the product and the location it is being shipped to. Economy shipping usually takes 3–10 business days once the order has left our warehouse.

We also offer two express shipping methods: 2-Day and Overnight. Please allow 1–3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Express orders receive priority and will be shipped at our earliest convenience. In most cases, express orders placed before 12:00 pm CDT will ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed. Express orders placed after 12:00 pm CDT Monday through Thursday will typically be processed the next business day, and express orders placed after 12:00 pm CDT on Friday will not be processed until the next business day of the following week.

All orders totaling over $500 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Due to factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee any transit times. My Breeder Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We offer shipping insurance through Navidium. If you opt out of the shipping insurance My Breeder Supply is NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packaging during transit and delivery. Navidum protection covers a identical replacement order of the original order, an adult signature will be required upon delivery of the replacement package. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance. Once insurance claim has been submitted, the order is not longer able to be returned for a refund.

With our 2-day shipping method, orders shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday if Saturday delivery is not available in your area. There is no Sunday delivery option for us, so 2 day/Overnight orders shipped on Friday with no Saturday delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday or Tuesday depending on the option you choose.
