Warranty Coverage
Our standard warranty period is one (1) year from the date of delivery. Select products may be eligible for an extended two (2) year warranty, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email, info@mybreedersupply.com, with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will provide instructions for the next steps.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back for a warranty claim.

Once we receive and inspect the defective or faulty product, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to the customer at no additional charge.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If a product is outside of its warranty period, any repair or replacement costs, including shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a quote for approval before proceeding with any out-of-warranty repairs.

Please note that we act solely as a distributor for Wondfo USA. As such, we do not administer or process warranties for Wondfo USA machines, tests, or related products.
