Refund policy

We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it. If you decide to return any product, it must be in original condition and in the original packaging. Any product that has come into contact with an animal or animal living space is considered used and we will not be able to accept the return. Note: If the wax paper on the whelping heat tape has been removed it is considered used.

The customer has 7 days from the date it was delivered to return a product, no refunds will be offered after 7 days. All items associated with the product must be accounted for in order to get a refund.

Customers must contact us in order to initiate a return, items returned without contacting us will not receive a refund. Once the order is received and inspected you will receive a refund notification via email on file. A 10% restocking fee, or no more than $20, will be deducted from the refund. We do not refund or pay for any shipping charges, if you decide to return anything you will be responsible for postage. If a packages is refused and returned to us, the cost of the shipping for that will be deducted from the amount that is being refunded. Our shipping protection is non refundable once the order has left our warehouse. All refunds will go back to the original payment method. 

All sales are FINAL for any testing kits, extender, supplements and custom whelping kits, and are NOT eligible for refunds or returns.
