PRODUCT DETAILS

If you are shipping Chilled semen you need to add an extender. Without it the shipment will not survive. The extender provides the correct PH, nutrients, thermal stabilizers and antibiotics for the semen to survive up to 10 days.

I have used and tested many many extenders over the past decade. This is the best by a large margin. It has a two year shelf life. I can take a bottle from the fridge put in a cup of warm water, use just what I need and put the remainder back in the fridge for the next shipment.

I Collect just the sperm rich fraction 2-3mL for a Frenchie and add about 2x extender so the final volume i ship is around 6-8ml A bottle is good for about 4 shipments. Larger breeds will use more.

I have done side by side testing use our Shipmate product on many extenders

Yolk and milk based extenders are cheap but don't perform well (Kenney, Inra99, Exodus etc)

Two other extenders I have used successfully are from Camelot Farms and ICSB. Both are yolk based and do require freezing They have a shorter shelf life, and are more expensive because of shipping requirements. And they performed OK but not as well as the Caniplus ST

An additive prevents the need to add egg yolk and protects the sperm cells during chilled storage. It also protects the sperm cells from damage caused by temperature variations during shipping, prevents oxidative stress and neutralizes degrading metabolites negative effects. CaniPlus Chill ST has a shelf life of 24 months from date of production when stored at +4°C. Extenders maintain 70% of initial motility during the given period for storage / transport.

Returns Policy

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to cody@mybreedersupply.com within 5 days of arrival. You may exchange your product for another product of the same price within 14 days of purchase if you end up not loving it, or if the product is somehow damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. The exchange/return process must be started within 30 days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Sale Items

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our home studio. Please contact cody@mybreedersupply.com for return details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
